About The RoleCandrone is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to own the company's content engine from strategy through publication. This role develops compelling case studies, customer success stories, blog articles, white papers, thought leadership content, and email copy that showcase Candrone's expertise as an end-to-end drone solutions provider.
The Content Marketing Specialist will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to own content creation and editorial execution across all channels. - Research, write, and produce case studies, customer testimonial stories, blog articles, white papers, and thought leadership content that translate technical workflows and customer outcomes into decision-ready material for commercial, government, and public safety audiences.
- Partner with Solutions and Enablement, and Sales to identify, source, and develop customer stories and testimonials, including customer interviews.

Email Marketing (Copy)
- Write email copy for campaigns, newsletters, and nurture sequences across all audience stages.
- Hand off finalized copy to the Digital Marketing Manager, who builds, segments, sends, and reports on all email in HubSpot.
Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and creative contractors, including video production, social media, design, and photography partners, by developing briefs, coordinating timelines, and reviewing deliverables against brand and quality standards.
- Vendor budgets, contractor hours, and scope changes are owned and approved by the Marketing Manager; the Content Marketing Specialist flags scope or budget concerns as they arise.
- Ensure no external production advances without an approved brief.

- Conduct keyword research to inform content topics and structure, in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager's SEO tooling.
- Use content performance reporting provided by the Digital Marketing Manager (who owns all measurement, analytics, and reporting) to adjust editorial priorities - doubling down on formats and topics that drive funnel progression and retiring those that don't.

- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging content formats, and best practices in B2B content marketing.
- Participate in promotional events and activations, including tradeshows, industry events, and training as required.
