What You’ll Do
- Coordinate clinical staff schedules for all departments with a goal of maximizing patient safety, quality, and financial resources
- Coordinate third-party staffing, agency staff, and the nursing locum program to ensure effective scheduling and clinical operations at all WAHA sites
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as well, maintaining files, records and correspondence for meetings
- In collaboration and consultation with the People Experience team HR, develop and launch a locum recruitment strategy to reduce agency dependence across all clinical departments. In addition, ensures screening and onboarding process with third party contracts and any performance issues.
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with clients
- Process and respond to service requests
- Successful completion of secondary school or equivalency
- Diploma in, human resources, business administration or a related field preferred
- CHRP designation / Certified Payroll Professional preferred
- Ability to communicate in the local native Cree language is an asset

Salary: $85,527.00 - $96,993.00
