Tyax Lodge & Heli Skiing is looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in one of British Columbia's most spectacular mountain destinations.
This is more than a kitchen job. It's an opportunity to work alongside an experienced culinary leadership team, develop your skills across multiple styles of service, and build a rewarding career in a unique mountain lodge setting.Throughout the year you'll gain experience in:
- Fine dining and multi-course tasting menus

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across multiple styles of service
- Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
- Support daily prep, service, inventory, and organization
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary and lodge teams
- Continue developing your skills under experienced culinary leadership
We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
- Culinary training or equivalent experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- FoodSafe Level 1
