What You'll DoDeliver an Exceptional Client Experience

• Welcome every client into the showroom with a warm, personalized approach
• Understand each customer's style, lifestyle, and project needs to recommend thoughtful product solutions
• Guide clients through the complete sales journey, from initial consultation through delivery and follow-up
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals

Drive Sales Performance

• Meet and exceed individual monthly and annual sales goals
• Build your own client portfolio through exceptional service, proactive follow-up, and relationship building
• Confidently sell across multiple luxury furniture, lighting, décor, and accessory categories
• Identify opportunities to maximize each sale through complementary product recommendations

Showroom Excellence

• Maintain an inviting, beautifully presented showroom that reflects the Mkt brand
• Assist with merchandising updates, floor moves, and seasonal displays
• Ensure product knowledge remains current through ongoing training and product launches
• Support promotional events, new collection launches, and in-store activations

Client Follow-Up & Sales Administration

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within Salesforce CRM
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage sales opportunities from initial consultation through final delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process

What You BringExperience

• 3-5+ years of experience in luxury retail, furniture, home furnishings, fashion, or consultative sales
• Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment
• Experience creating exceptional customer experiences and developing repeat clientele

Skills & Attributes

• Passion for design, interiors, and helping customers create beautiful spaces
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• A polished, professional, and customer-first approach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable navigating high-value sales with confidence and professionalism

Technical Skills

• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
• Comfortable learning new retail and sales technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury furniture, home décor, or interior design
• Knowledge of contemporary furnishings, textiles, lighting, or accessories
• Existing network within the design or luxury retail community is considered an asset

Hours of Work:

• Weekends will be included in your schedule, Mkt is open 7days a week and we ask you to work 5days (40hours) a week.
• Hours of Operation: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm-5pm on Sundays
