Fall Crew

The Fall Crew role is a flexible, cross-departmental position that primarily supports the Dining Room, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Recreation Departments. Hours may vary from week to week depending on operational needs, with some weeks being lighter in workload than others.Please note that the Fall Crew experience differs from that of Immerse Staff. Meals are not consistently provided, and team members are responsible for arranging many of their own meals.
Key Responsibilities:
Dining Room :

• Assist with meal service, including setting tables, serving guests, and clearing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests

Maintenance:

• Perform basic groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves, removing debris, and tidying outdoor spaces
• Assist with light maintenance or facility upkeep tasks as assigned
• Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and welcoming

Housekeeping:

• Clean guest rooms, common areas, and bathrooms as assigned
• Restock cleaning supplies and amenities

Recreation:

• Assist with running scheduled activities with groups on site
• Ensure all recreation equipment is organized and ready for groups to use

Hours:This is a hourly position with hours varying week to week depending on departmental needs and business demand. Hours can range from 10-40 hours a week. Flexibility to work in different departments and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Work Environment:This role requires a positive, service-oriented attitude and a willingness to support various teams.
Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older if living on site
• Must be willing to work in various departments where needed

Housing:Housing is available for a fee, and the Staff Housing Agreement and all policies within must be followed. Meals are only available when guests are on site, which will vary week to week.
