Production Team - Citrus Presser

Position Summary: We are hiring a Full-Time Juice Presser / Production Team Member to support our juice production operations. This role is ideal for reliable, energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prepare, wash, juice, and package citrus products according to BLFC standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Inspect citrus products for quality and remove any damaged or unsuitable fruit during processing.
• Operate production equipment safely.
• Follow all workplace health and safety policies
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude while maintaining a strong work ethic.
• Assist with inventory movement, pallet building, and general production tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow continuity.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic production environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform essential job functions such as lifting containers up to 25 kg, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated or wet environments.
• Prior experience in food production, warehouse, or kitchen settings is an asset.
• Willingness to learn, punctuality, and reliability are musts.
• Food Handler Certification is a bonus.

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay: $18 to $20
• Full Time
• Monday to Sunday (5 days a week)
• Must be available on Sunday's
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
