Avantages :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Track Budgets:
- Monitor project expenses, analyze budget variances, and ensure projects stay on track financially
Manage Lender Draws:
- Prepare and submit timely draw packages and track funding timelines with lenders
Transactional accounting:
- Maintain general ledgers and take full ownership of the accuracy of financial records
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
- Process and code daily invoices, manage tenant billing, and ensure timely rent collections
Reconciliation & Reporting & Compliance:
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheets and income statements for multiple entities in accordance with GAAP and company policies
Variance Analysis:
- Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, propose solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to obtain information, resolve issues, and support accurate reporting
- Bachelor’s degree (or college diploma) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally blending real estate development and commercial/residential property management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate-to-advanced hands-on experience using Yardi
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and their application within real estate development and construction industries
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work on strategic projects
- Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
