ABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Expertise in paid media ad platforms covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads. LinkedIn, Pinterest and Amazon would be an asset.
- GA4 and GTM & tracking experience
- Strong ad copy writing skills
- Expert ability to interpret complex data, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Capable of developing and evolving multi-channel paid media strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
- Operates independently in planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns with minimal oversight.
- Builds trust with clients during reporting meetings through paid media education, effective problem-solving, and data-driven storytelling.
- 4–6+ years of paid media experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications
- Proven track record of leading paid media strategy and managing client budgets exceeding six figures.
- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Manage budgets autonomously across all campaigns, pacing spend and optimizing performance to meet client goals.
- Set up and launch new campaigns and accounts across various platforms with minimal oversight, following best practices.
- Perform campaign audits to review structure, creative, keywords, and tracking accuracy, implementing recommendations as needed.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to drive performance improvements through testing, iteration, and data-backed decision making.
- Utilize third party tools to help improve account performance by evaluating recommendations and improvements.
- Technical Expertise, Communication & Leadership
- Navigate, report, and optimize campaigns across multiple ad platforms, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and certifications.
- Troubleshoot tracking and performance issues proactively, collaborating with internal teams and clients to resolve challenges.
- Communicate confidently with clients through reports, meetings, and proactive updates, strengthening relationships and retention.
- Lead internal meetings, mentor new team members, and contribute to department growth through knowledge sharing and strategic input.
- Stay informed on industry trends to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to the agency’s overall growth and profitability.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
- Analyze campaign and platform data using tools like Google Analytics 4 to identify performance trends and guide strategy.
- Operate independently to interpret data, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights that enhance client outcomes.
- Conduct competitor research, evaluating performance, landing pages, and digital presence to uncover new opportunities.
- Competitive base salary range: TIA reasonably expects to offer a base salary between $70,000-$90,000 for this role. The actual offer is based on experience, skills, and role alignment.
