Whether you have previous production experience or are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Manufacturing & Fulfillment Technician, you'll work alongside a skilled team to build and prepare our premium products while helping ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.Responsibilities include:

• Building and assembling handcrafted cedar hot tubs
• Manufacturing and assembling insulated hot tub covers
• Preparing spa packs and accessory components
• Packaging completed products for shipment
• Shipping and receiving materials and inventory
• Assisting with warehouse organization and general facility maintenance
• Providing occasional customer support when required
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking ForWe're seeking team members who are reliable, positive, and take pride in producing quality work.Ideal qualifications include:

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, woodworking, construction, or general labour experience considered an asset
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work throughout the day
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
