In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities• Elevate our client services by providing seamless after sale experience• Practice a highly disciplined and organized approach to working with our clients, suppliers and sales associates• Take ownership to acknowledge and manage all client inquiries by phone, email and in person • Display a high sense of urgency and diligent follow up skills when resolving client issues and other internal parties• Accurately process payments and invoices and manage product issues and repairs RequirementsExperience & Qualifications· 2+ years of experience in a customer service, client service, administrative, or customer support role.· Experience working in a retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or service-focused environment is considered an asset.· Proven ability to manage client concerns professionally and effectively.Skills & Attributes· Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive client experiences.· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.· Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and strong follow-up skills.· Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.· Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and remain calm under pressure.Technical Skills· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems.· Comfortable learning new software and technology platforms.· Strong data entry and administrative accuracy.Nice to Have· Experience supporting clients in a luxury retail, home furnishings, interior design, or hospitality environment.· Familiarity with order management, invoicing, or service coordination processes.· Experience working with CRM (Salesforce) or customer service management systems.Why Join Elte?· Comprehensive group benefits· Stable schedule supporting strong work-life balance.· Opportunity to join a respected Canadian luxury brand with over 100 years of history.· Collaborative and supportive team environment.· Ongoing learning and career development opportunities.· The chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional experiences to our clients every day.

- $44,000 – $46,000 / year

- Hours of Operation: 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday & 12pm-5pm on Sundays
