Demolition Equipment Operator Downright Demolition | Edmonton, Alberta | Competitive Project-to-Project Rate
TYPE SubcontractLOCATION Edmonton, ABPAY Project Rate
About the Opportunity Downright Demolition is looking for an experienced Demolition Equipment Operator to join our trusted network of subcontractors. You will take the lead on full structure demolition projects throughout the Edmonton area, operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Pay is competitive and determined on a project-to-project basis.
Requirements • Full structure demolition experience — houses, garages, and other structures • Concrete demolition experience — pads, foundations, and similar structures • Excavator operation with thumb attachment (size 300) • Skid steer operation with multiple attachments (hammer and grapple bucket required; all machine sizes) • Active WCB coverage and liability insurance • Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's license
Preferred Certifications & Tickets The following are not mandatory but will be given preference during selection: • Standard First Aid (valid certification) • Construction Safety Training System (CSTS) • Fall Protection (Fall Pro) • Aerial Work Platform (AWP/Elevated Work Platform ticket)
