Greenhouse Labourer

Rubicon Holdings Corp. is seeking dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Farm Workers to join our team in Delta, BC. In this role, you'll assist with various greenhouse and production operations including planting, harvesting, cleaning, and general crop maintenance. No previous experience is necessary—we provide full training.This is a hands-on, physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty in support of high-quality agricultural production.
Key Responsibilities

• Plant, irrigate, fertilize, and spray greenhouse crops
• Harvest seedlings and clean crops and greenhouse areas
• Mix and prepare soil and fertilizers
• Harvesting, drying, trimming, sorting, milling and bulk packaging cannabis
• Perform general farm and maintenance duties as needed
• Perform general production and packaging duties as needed

Work Environment

• Greenhouse setting
• Production setting
• Outdoor and indoor crop handling
• Standing for extended periods
• Attention to detail in repetitive tasks

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• No experience necessary training provided
• Basic English required; Spanish considered an asset
• Strong teamwork and reliability are essential
• Personal reliable vehicle to get to and from work
