- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule appointments and assist with client coordination
- Process payments and handle general office communications
- Proofread and perform quality control on documents
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and forms
- Perform general clerical tasks (filing, scanning, copying, binding)
- Run work-related errands (e.g., post office, bank)
- Support team members to ensure excellent client service delivery
- Administrative certificate or college diploma
- 3–5 years of administrative, clerical, or office experience
- Strong client service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and handle challenging situations
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
- Capability to perform repetitive hand/wrist movements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Extended hours (up to 42.5/week) during peak seasons
- Reduced summer schedule (30 hours/week with Fridays off)
- Overtime may be required throughout the year
- Occasional local travel for office tasks
- Optional travel within the Maritimes for training or conferences
