Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and invoicing processes
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding (customers and employees)
- Assist with customer project coordination and management
- Handle vendor communications and coordination
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in administrative and/or operations roles
- Exposure to billing, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Additional Details
- This is a remote role, but candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Toronto
- Expected commitment is approximately one day per week
