Multiple part-time and full-time opportunities are available, all roles require flexibility to work weekends and nights.
Responsibilities:We have multiple opportunities available on our front of house crew, some of the responsibilities are:
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport, and make every customer feel valued.
- Manage seating and reservations while coordinating seamlessly with Servers and kitchen staff.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and enter details into our POS system, including special requests or dietary needs.
- Deliver dishes promptly, check in with guests, and ensure every order meets our quality and presentation standards.
- Handle bills and process various payment types with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support day‑to‑day operations with tasks such as cash‑handling, basic administrative duties, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining sales records.
- Assist in event coordination, including setup and teardown.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant.
- Communicate clearly between front and back of house to keep service efficient and error‑free.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns to uphold our reputation for great service.

For shift lead positions, additional responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team, ensuring top‑quality execution in all areas of service.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Managers, and Hospitality Manager to drive sales and elevate the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe environment by recognizing potential security concerns and taking appropriate action when needed.
- Manage staffing levels throughout service by making thoughtful, timely cuts to keep operations efficient.
- Assist all departments with end‑of‑night tasks to ensure smooth closing procedures.
- Secure the building at day’s end, locking up and setting alarms when management is not on-site.
- Help implement and uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and standards across the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Be high energy and performance-driven with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including superior interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and dedicated.
- Valid ProServe certification may be required.
