What You’ll Do
- Manage sales and education across your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail managers and staff.
- Drive brand awareness and community engagement through education and events.
- Execute programming to increase volume, share, and loyalty.
- Identify new distribution and visibility opportunities.
- Deliver impactful brand and product education sessions.
Required:
- Proven success in retail sales, territory, or account management.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- “Sell Safe” certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to travel regularly, including overnights.
- Must be located in the GTA East.
Nice to Have:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or related field.
- Cannabis, liquor, or tobacco industry experience.
- Event or sponsorship activation experience.
