Job Duties/Tasks:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product, industry, and competitive environment.
  • Build a sales pipeline through both your own and FlexNetworks efforts and activities.
  • Maintain engagement with leads through proactive follow-up.
  • Identify and present FlexNetworks portfolio of services and highlight the features and benefits.
  • Use your knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.
  • Utilize persuasive objection and closing techniques that lead to signed agreements.
  • Meet personal sales quotas as well as company targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to track progress with prospects.
  • Participate in regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and business review sessions.
Specifically Accountable to:
  • Identify and research new sales opportunities
  • Achieve sales and profit objectives of the Corporation
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date opportunity funnel, with proper staging and next steps.
  • Work closely with your Director and Sr. Sales Management to keep them apprised of all customer related activities.
  • Maintain and update all customer records in Salesforce.com as well as FlexNetworks internal storage drive.
