Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join Elte, as a newly created role contributing to the Digital & Marketing Teams. This is a hands-on, design-focused role centered on execution, consistency, and brand elevation. You will work across a blend of creative refinement and original design, enhancing existing content while also building new assets from brief. The role requires the ability to move seamlessly between editing and creation, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
What you will doArt Direction & Concept Development

• Support art direction across projects, including swipe, concepting, and product selection
• Build clear, well-structured decks and presentations
• Develop layouts for packaging (including linens), signage, and website experiences
• Support magazine layout and editorial direction

Content & Digital

• Design and build emails, homepage assets, and journal content
• Execute sale and promotional content across email and social (templated, iterative, detail-driven)
• Ensure all digital outputs align with brand standards and maintain consistency across touchpoints

Photography & Production Support

• Assist with photoshoots, including coordination and on-set support
• Execute retouching and image refinement with a strong eye for detail and consistency

Print & Production (high attention to detail required)You will be responsible for creating accurate, print-ready files to spec, including:

• Magazine: cover design, layout, working files, print-ready files, and copy updates
• Direct Mail (DM): design, layout, and production files
• Billboards & Truck graphics: large-format design and file preparation
• In-store signage: wall decals, easel signs, storytelling tags, and price lists
• Brand-specific signage updates (B&B Italia, Cassina, LP, Waterworks)
• Packaging and collateral: pistachio tubes, labels, business cards, breakfast cards

Execution & File Management

• Prepare and manage working files and final production files with precision
• Ensure all files meet vendor specifications and print requirements
• Maintain organized, consistent file structures across all projects

Who You Are

• 2–5 years experience in graphic design and content creation
• A portfolio that shows both original design work and content execution
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for visual consistency
• Able to take direction but also work independently

Hours of Work:

• 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
