RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support IGN’s People Care process including; Annual Values Reviews, Career Pathing, Compensation Reviews, Annual Team Trip, and Employee Development Plans, as applicable within the employment term
- Support the Recruiting objectives by sourcing & connecting with prospective employees using digital platforms, scheduling interviews and communicating feedback
- Support Human Resource functions for employees including; Onboarding, Employee Changes & Offboarding
- Manage and maintain all personnel documents using the HUMI, Asana, and OneDrive platforms
- Track employee changes and events using the HUMI, Asana, and OneDrive platforms
- Track and report on all continuing education costs by employee and branch
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
- Track all employee changes and events in the HUMI platform
- Administrate group benefits for eligible employees
- Assist in planning company events
TEAM SUPPORT
- Attend department L10’s weekly
- Be familiar with and follow company policies and procedures as established (Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures, etc.)
- Attend and participate staff meetings and other company functions, including after hours as required
- Demonstrate professional qualities with a positive attitude
- Other related duties as required
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- 2+ years’ experience working in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree program in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
