- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including agencies, experiential, retail, franchise, and corporate clients
- Build and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship management and consistent client engagement
- Position AIIM, WallscapesCo, and Mack Media as partners in delivering branded environments and large format solutions
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing
- Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, production, and project management to ensure successful execution
- Maintain visibility into sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and innovations within large format and experiential environments
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in large format print, signage, experiential, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Experience working with agencies, retail clients, or corporate marketing teams is considered an asset
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Understanding of large format production and installation processes is an asset
- Retail rollouts and in-store graphics
- Environmental graphics and branded interiors
- Corporate office branding and signage
- Experiential and event displays
- Window graphics, wall murals, and wayfinding
- Custom fabrication and large-scale installations
This role is focused on delivering complete visual and environmental solutions, not just print production.
