About the Role: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Summer Camp Cook to serve a group of international students aged 12+ during summer program in Lunenburg, NS.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook three meals daily for a group of 10 international students during their stay in residence.
• Plan weekly menus, purchase groceries, and manage food inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
• Cooking on the site
• Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for international youth.

Requirements:

• Clear background check (required upon hiring).
• Food safety certification
• Experience working with catering with group up to 10 youth (camp, school, recreation, childcare, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary or hospitality education or training.
• Experience in camps, youth programs, residence supervision, or school settings.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate $19 per hour
• Monday-Friday 10-4 (possible flex hours)
