About you
As a Cloud Operations Associate you will work as a core part of our tight-knit engineering team. Our product is a client-facing web application that acts as an automation platform for complex medical data. The application uses our AI technology to connect legal and medical administrators processing medical claims. What you'll be doing

• Support our cloud operations infrastructure and applications for our customer needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues across our platform
• Fine-tuning and configuring various cloud infrastructures
• Performing services such as patching, and software upgrades
• Creating backups and managing disaster recovery
• Maintaining access control, as well as the integrity of data
• Effectively monitoring performance and availability

You're a great candidate if

• You have experience in using cloud services like Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
• You have practical experience and knowledge in working with Linux OS
• You have experience in investigation and debugging of issues
• Working knowledge of relational DBs [Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL]
• Have some experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Have some familiarity with microservices and Docker
• Have some knowledge of Configuration Management & Infrastructure as Code [Terraform, Ansible, Puppet]
• You have a great ability to work and collaborate effectively with other team members
