Find out more at coinchange.io The Role:Coinchange is looking for an experienced Crypto Asset Manager to join our team and help us with our mission of empowering everyone to improve their financial well-being with DeFi instruments. We are creating a world where monetary inflation is mitigated by modern digital finance instruments now available to all. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work in close collaboration with our Development, DeFi & Operations teams on optimizing our trading positions. You will be responsible for managing portfolio risk, executing trading strategies for our portfolios, participating in portfolio construction and risk-taking decisions, and working with financial engineers and developers to improve the system & processes. We’re looking for someone with a strong Algorithmic trading/portfolio management background with an understanding of the economics and dynamics of our business and the market. Somebody ambitious who is curious to understand why and how the markets work & can confidently learn without shying from tight deadlines or complex problems. You should thrive in ambiguity, being able to take vague requirements and turn them into real applications with your own understanding of the user’s needs. What You Will Do:

• Asset Management
• Conduct trade execution, risk management and monitoring of investment portfolios to maximize profitability
• Risk mitigation, research and evaluation
• Manage a systematic portfolio of cryptocurrencies while conducting market research and analysis of crypto assets, liquidity and market structure
• Research and develop strategic initiatives across the DeFi space for upcoming project
• Manage and analyze inventories of all assets
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best price for Crypto assets
• Prepare financial statements, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate
• Manage all trade operations and trade settlement processes while optimizing investment performance and understanding key drivers
• Manage our asset management systems and tracking technologies
• Report on financial performance and forecasting budgets
• Monitor the strategy based on market conditions, sentiment, and recent news
• Manually trade to reduce risk when necessary & suggest automation and improvements to the systems
• Monitoring materials, workforce, tools, equipment and supplies
• Generate feedback on trading system performance by examining system logs and market data for executions
• Adhere to the highest standards of governance and compliance
• Working in an office and making occasional site visits.

This is You:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Former experience in classic asset management
• Highly knowledgable in DeFi protocols
• Market savvy
• Demonstrated experience and a passion for cryptocurrencies, particularly in DeFi, assessing risk, automating portfolio tools, yield farming, and other facets specific to the digital asset space is preferred but not required
• Ability to apply knowledge of Algo trading in other markets to stablecoin and cryptocurrency strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently on long-term technical problems
• Knowledge of yield farming, staking, and lending is preferred
• Curiosity for understanding why and how the markets work
• Ability to think through complex problems and effectively communicate problems and potential solutions
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving, and computer skills with an emphasis on quantitative analysis
