Duration of EmploymentBirkby Fiood Service is currently looking to hire for a Season Ready Merchandiser. The role is a seasonal role and the duration is from April 2023 to September 2023.
What you'll be doing:

• You will work with current customers to place orders to replenish their stock of our products.
• You will maintain Nestle ice cream freezers – ensure freezers are clean, stocked and properly organized.
• You will ensure stock is properly rotated and appealingly displayed.
• You will share product knowledge and offer product placement suggestions to increase customer sales of our products.
• You will work with Sales and Customer Service teams to address customer concerns.
• You will deliver product samples.
• You will efficiently manage daily visit schedule.
• You will delight customers by providing the highest levels of customer service.
• You will hit goals and strive to over-achieve targets.

Who we're looking for:

• You are able to perform regular minor physical tasks including being on your feet for your customer visits and lifting objects less than 50lbs.
• You must have a personal vehicle (mileage allowance will be provided) with valid driver's license in good standing.
• You are able to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver on strict timelines.
• You have strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• You pay attention to detail and accuracy in placing orders.
• You are able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• You are professional, friendly, positive, customer service-oriented attitude.
• You are self-motivated.
• You are able to work autonomously or in a team setting.
• You are able to easily learn new software tools.
