Simcoe Mobile Wash is looking for a motivated, experienced and reliable power wash technician to join our growing business. We offer mobile power washing services to residential and commercial clients. We service homes, cottages, municipal, commercial and industrial buildings and offer commercial fleet washing, boat bottom washing and more. While we are primarily a pressure washing company, we do occasionally offer additional complementary services including but not limited to: window cleaning, eaves and soffits cleaning, garbage chute cleaning, spring and fall property clean up, etc. The power wash technician plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business, and strives to provide all clients with excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate has industry experience, can work independently, and is willing to drive to different job site locations across Simcoe County, Muskoka, and surrounding areas.
Previous pressure washing or other home and commercial service experience is an asset, though we will consider applicants with comparable experience that demonstrates hard work, reliability, and an ability to do outdoor physical labor (e.g.: construction, maintenance, trades).Successful candidates will be: · Positive – bring your best attitude to work every day· Reliable – demonstrate ability to be on time and attend work regularly· Efficient – offer a reasonable speed of service while ensuring the job is well done · Customer service oriented – respond quickly and effectively to customer’s needs, inquiries and concerns· Professional – follows direction and demonstrates professional conduct at all times· Quality focused and demonstrates attention to detail – complete a pre and post inspection of every job and complete every job to the best of your ability· Respectful – of co-workers, clients, and company equipmentPower Wash Technician Duties and Responsibilities-Operate a high-pressure washing system to clean large areas, such as buildings, walkways, roofs and large vehicles-Capable of moving, lifting, and working on ladders: step ladders and extension ladders up to 32 FT. (Working from heights certification required)-Capable of lifting loads up to 50 lbs. Physical strength, stamina and dexterity to lift, move and handle heavy equipment.-Willing to work weekday, evening and weekend shifts – hours will vary week to week-Able to work outdoors in all weather, and ability to work on your feet for majority of the shift (can be 12 or more hours)-Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures-Keep truck / trailers and all company equipment clean and maintained. Complete daily vehicle and equipment inspections, and keep tools, equipment and supplies organized and in good condition.
· Small engine maintenance and repair knowledge and skills considered an asset· Salary will be dependent on experience· Opportunities for training, certifications, growth and advancement· Incentive program for dedicated employees who exceed expectations
