What you will be responsible for:
- Nurturing client relationships to better understand and appropriately advise them
- Mentoring and training team members to assist our growth strategy
- Leading client engagements, including some mix of advisory, compilation, assurance, tax compliance, tax planning, payroll, and client accounting / bookkeeping services
- Growing relationships with our network of professional advisors and referral sources
- Developing internal and external informational presentations and training courses
- Involving yourself with local organizations striving to build a better community
- Proficiency with key industry-standard technologies (Karbon, Xero, Caseware, TaxPrep, etc.)
- Leading internal process and infrastructure improvements
