- Provide support to Executive Leadership Team as needed
- Management of executive calendars, scheduling and rescheduling of meetings
- Preparing agendas, minutes, action lists
- Support preparing budget and staffing reports
- Support preparing presentation material including power point and white paper
- Support preparation of expense reports, travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence such as letters and reports
- Assist in updating tracking tools for KPI and month end metric reporting
- Plan and execute various internal team meetings and events as well as celebration of success and milestones
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience working with Executives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills; strong user of Visio and Excel; technology-savvy
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite products and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Have high attention to detail
- Demonstrates professionalism, good judgment, and integrity in daily operations
- Proactive approach to work with the ability to take initiative and work independently
