Front Desk Concierge

We are looking for personable, detail-orientated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Do you love interacting with Guests? Do you love helping people feel beautiful? If so, this is the place for you!
Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Providing Guests with a 5-Star Guest Experience
• Guest Check-ins/outs
• Administrative Duties - emails, phone calls, online bookings etc.
• Knowledge of all services offered
• Product Knowledge - you are educators, not salespeople!
• Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area
• Receiving retail orders
• Being a team member - help our team when possible!
• Dress like a FASHION AUTHORITY, from head to toe, we are in the beauty industry after all ;)

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma
• Minimum one year customer service experience
• Must be available for open or close shifts during the week
• Must be able to work one weekend shift a week
• Knowledge of Phorest booking system is an asset

Salary: From $17.80 per hour
