Job Responsibilities:● Execute sales for new SaaS based products for greenhouses ● Execute the end to end selling process - cold calling, prospecting, and selecting ideal prospects for our platforms, present quotes and follow up with the sales process● Meet potential growers and customers in greenhouse to demo the product● Be part of the day-to-day tasks in the sales team● Research and enrich our potential market awareness and relevant opportunities● Understand market needs and contribute to brand advocacy, closely interact with the customer success team to ensure post sale customer requirements and performance is met.● Represent the company on designated events and trade shows
Skills & Experience: ● Relevant 2 years plus sales experience, desirable if in agriculture or saas related industry. ● Proven track record of performing on sales targets would be desirable● Digital native and know how to work with a CRM / ERP system● Have a solid operational experience with B2B sales● Good negotiator. Work proactively, independently and can build new business on your own● Extrovert, positive and team player● Good communication skills (English) and legal status to work in Canada. The position is for someone already living in Leamington and nearby areas.
