About the Role
As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager for TikTok Shop at Upgrowth Commerce, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, driving the growth of eCommerce brands through strategic influencer marketing. Your role will involve identifying and collaborating with social media influencers to promote specific brands and products. From crafting compelling outreach messages to ensuring influencers adhere to TikTok Shop rules, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective partnerships and expanding our brand presence.
Responsibilities:

• Find social media influencers who match the specific brands/do filters.
• Figure out how to reach out to them effectively.
• Write messages/pitch to them and follow up.
• Do outreach with as many influencers as you can.
• Respond with influencers concern.
• Keep an eye on whether they've received our products and made videos.
• Work with influencers to sort out the details.
• Make sure influencers follow TTS rules so the shop stays open.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling messages.

• Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Social Media Familiarity: Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and an understanding of influencer dynamics.

• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• Guideline Adherence: Ability to follow and enforce guidelines effectively.
