Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service (60%)
- Interact with digital membership users to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective responses through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in the deployment of digital membership features and updates.
- Support project managers in coordinating tasks, timelines, and project documentation.
- Contribute to the successful execution of digital initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on digital platforms, identifying and documenting issues.
- Collaborate with the tech team to address and resolve technical issues.
- Provide support during the development and implementation of new features.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Generate reports to analyze user engagement and platform performance.
- Explore feasibility of new features or improvements to the digital membership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience in customer service and project coordination.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and testing methodologies.
