Job Overview:We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a SMASH™ Experience Provider, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our players have an amazing experience at our facility. You’ll assist with everything from welcoming players and helping with court setups to organizing events and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist players, providing top-notch customer service
• Set up and maintain pickleball courts and equipment
• Organize and manage pickleball events, tournaments, and leagues
• Provide basic instruction and tips to new players
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests
• Assist with administrative tasks, including reservations and payments
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all members and visitors
• Handle any player concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• A passion for pickleball and sports
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of pickleball rules and gameplay (training can be provided)
• Previous experience in a customer service or sports-related role is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
