What You’ll Do:

• Promote the SMASH Brand: Engage with the Pickleball community both online and offline to spread the word about SMASH events, products, and culture.
• Host Events: Organize and host local Pickleball events, tournaments, and meetups, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for players of all levels.
• Social Media Engagement: Share your Pickleball experiences on social media, create content, and engage with our followers to grow the SMASH community.
• Community Building: Be the face of SMASH in your local area, building relationships with players, clubs, and organizations to expand our reach.
• Provide Feedback: Offer insights and suggestions to help improve our products, events, and community engagement strategies.
