Brightmark is looking for an exceptional Account Executive, with a proven track record of closing high-value professional services deals and growing long term relationships with clients. Your top priority is to drive the revenue goals of the company by positioning Brightmark’s Salesforce, AI and technology consulting services as the best solution in solving business challenges. You are a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape.
Having previously managed full sale cycles, you thrive on engaging prospects, building strong relationships, and solving business challenges. Your knack for translating complex business challenges into a solutions-oriented journey allows you to easily build trust and rapport with clients.
Responsibilities
  • Managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce; generate and consistently manage a healthy pipeline with close dates and next steps
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings to gather business and technical requirements
  • Build estimates and proposals in collaboration with our Delivery team
  • Work closely with our Delivery team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers
  • Continuously engaging with our clients to close add-on, managed services and training opportunities
Our ideal candidate brings the following:
  • 7+ years managing full sales cycle; consulting or software services preferred
  • Experience carrying a $1M+ annual services quota
  • Demonstrate strategic understanding of how technology can solve business needs
  • Ability to think critically and analytically
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience writing and presenting accurate SOWs
  • Financial Services industry knowledge and relationships
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Knowledge and experience selling professional services for cloud-based CRM platforms is required
  • Knowledge and experience selling professional services for the Salesforce CRM platform is preferred
  • Salesforce Certifications are a strong asset
