- Experience with electronic medical records is considered an asset
- Is interested, passionate and enthusiastic about helping others
- Displays outstanding customer service at all times
- Is reliable and accountable for shifts
- Has a valid driver’s license and is able to travel to all locations if needed (Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove & St. Albert)
- Is comfortable working under pressure & handling challenging situations in a professional manner
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete medical charts
- Work with patient and physician to create a Treatment Plan
- Consult and educate on products (vitamins, private testing, skin care, etc)
- Address patient questions and concerns through email and phone calls
- Patient and coworker support including answering phone, booking appointments, checking-out patients
- Other specific requests of the physician
