Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our Vancouver office in a hybrid role. This role offers flexibility, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, engaging prospective clients, and converting leads to sales, fostering growth within our target markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and SEO optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive landscapes.
  • Engage with potential clients, presenting our services effectively and persuasively.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales metrics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within technology or IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
