- Place outgoing calls to our prospective client database to arrange introductory appointments for our Outside Sales Team.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Gather, record, and understand client needs and requirements.
- Confirm, update, and build client database using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and customers within the CRM.
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products/services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our company services and how they address client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Create compelling and customized proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to tailor proposals to specific client and project requirements.
- Ensure that proposals align with the company's capabilities and pricing structures.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representative for further engagement
- Proven inside sales experience is an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be consultative and strategic.
- Customer service-focused approach to interactions.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to read, react, and adapt sales approaches as necessary.
- Proficient computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
