• Screen and direct calls, distribute correspondence, maintain records and support office supply, equipment and other administrative processes as required.
• Support the maintenance of departmental assets, shared resources, records and operational documentation.
• Provide broad administrative support to the executive’s leadership team and function, balancing competing priorities and service expectations.
• Document and communicate changes to administrative work standards, procedures, templates and shared practices across the function.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, improve service and enhance productivity or operational efficiency.
• Provide functional coordination and indirect oversight for associate-level administrative resources across the function, including aligning work practices, coordinating coverage and priorities, sharing guidance, and supporting knowledge transfer and consistency of service. This accountability does not include direct people leadership, performance management, hiring or compensation decisions.
• Provide onboarding support and job-related guidance to administrative colleagues as required, and serve as an escalation point for complex administrative process questions.

• Interacts regularly with internal partners and may engage with external clients, vendors or other stakeholders.
• Focus of work spans day-to-day and weekly activities and includes recurring monthly or quarterly processes.
• Requires strong working knowledge of the business unit, administrative practices, relevant systems and applicable regulatory or control requirements.
