You as a Senior Manager, Advisory will be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic FM advisory services by guiding clients on facilities operations, service delivery, operational optimization, and best practices.
  • Develop FM strategies and operating models aligned with organizational objectives, including service delivery frameworks, staffing models, and governance structures.
  • Improve operational performance through assessments of facilities services programs and recommendations to enhance efficiency, reliability, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks by developing KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring processes to evaluate operational performance.
  • Lead asset management planning including asset inventories, criticality assessments, lifecycle forecasting, capital planning, and asset management frameworks.
  • Manage operational readiness and transition activities for new facilities by supporting commissioning, occupancy planning, operational planning, and handover to operations.
  • Provide technical services expertise through design reviews, maintainability assessments, lifecycle evaluations, technical due diligence, and root cause investigations.
  • Advance sustainability and energy management objectives by supporting energy optimization, decarbonization initiatives, environmental performance improvements, and sustainability programs.
  • Manage risk, compliance, and business continuity programs through risk assessments, regulatory compliance reviews, audit support, and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Lead FM advisory projects and stakeholder engagement by managing consulting assignments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preparing business cases and recommendations, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting business development activities.

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Building Sciences, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline
  • You have minimum 10-12 years of progressive experience in facilities management, building operations, technical services, or asset management.
  • You have extensive experience managing large and complex facilities portfolios within healthcare, institutional, municipal, transportation, industrial, residential or commercial environments.
  • You have experience with Public Private Partnership (P3) and DBFM projects considered a strong asset.
  • The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000
