Reporting to the Manager, Supplier Performance & Vendor Standards, the Analyst, Supplier Performance is responsible for supporting Supplier Performance, policy administration, and operational standards across the organization. This role analyzes Supplier Performance data, administers standard compliance programs, manages vendor inquiries and disputes, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and partners with internal stakeholders to improve policy adherence, execution, and vendor outcomes.
The successful candidate is highly analytical, customer-focused, and comfortable working with large data sets while influencing stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Vendor Standards, and external vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance across key operational standards including packaging, documentation accuracy, routing and transportation compliance, shipment quality, ASN compliance, and vendor policy adherence.
- Support vendor accountability through reporting, compliance tracking, and standards reviews.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of supplier performance programs, procedures, and policies through participation in testing and validation activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of domestic and offshore supply chain product flow through interaction with stakeholders including suppliers, merchandising, third party logistics providers, transportation, and other supply chain groups.
- Coordinate and work with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Digital/eComm, IT and Accounting teams on cross-functional initiatives to support product flow and improve the processes.
- Review and investigate vendor inquiries and disputes related to compliance requirements, standards, and policy application.
- Flexible hours support for calls with offshore vendors and supply chain teams to help resolve issues impacting product flow.
- Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards, compliance reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Use Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Support cross-functional initiatives focused on improving supply chain efficiency and supplier experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce or Economics, Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in supplier performance, vendor compliance, supply chain, transportation, logistics, retail operations, or analytics.
- Ability to influence cross functional and supplier teams to support cross functional initiatives related to product flow.
- A good understanding of CTR policies and approaches to compliance and inventory management, product flow priorities, scheduling, and transportation practices.
- Effective at collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with external partners to develop, implement and influence change.
- Proven track record for achieving targets and delivering on measured objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, policy interpretation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced experience with MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI and Century’s VMS.
- Experience working with large data sets and performance reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Broadband Salary Range: 53,000– 88,000.
Our typical hiring range is between 53,000 and 70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
