This role is responsible for translating data into actionable insights through business analysis, current-state assessments, gap identification, and performance tracking. The Senior Analyst supports initiative planning, financial forecasting, project governance, and executive reporting while ensuring strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.
A key focus of the role is elevating product content quality and customer experience across Walmart.ca's 1P, 2P, and 3P assortment. This includes governing content standards, enforcing global style guides, overseeing third-party content enrichment partners, and ensuring compliance with quality, brand, and pricing expectations. The role partners closely with the Program Manager, Content Quality to drive content coverage, quality, and rich media adoption across the assortment.
The Senior Analyst is accountable for managing and evolving Content Studio Partnership (CSP) programs that support scalable content creation and enrichment. This includes aligning content creation capacity and supplier participation with SKU growth plans, seasonal priorities, quality targets, and cost objectives. The role develops and manages relationships with third-party content and rich media solution providers such as Syndigo, Salsify, and Aplus etc, while partnering with Global Technology, Market Product, suppliers, and merchants to expand the use of rich content, imagery, video, enhanced product content, and navigation/search experiences.
Additionally, the role supports the development and maintenance of systems, tools, and operational processes that enable content and catalog excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring data integrity, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining performance reporting against annual goals and KPIs through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
The Senior Analyst also manages content operations support processes, including oversight of the Content inbox. In partnership with specialists, the role triages vendor and merchant inquiries, ensures adherence to service-level agreements, coordinates issue resolution with appropriate stakeholders, and drives timely closure and communication of requests.
Qualifications:
Experience in launching and managing product content acquisition programs, including sourcing workflows, quality assurance, and vendor coordination
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing cross-functional documentation, executive updates, and rollout communications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for reporting and performance tracking
Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards, KPI scorecards, and insights to support content performance management
Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to product content (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, product knowledge graphs)
Working knowledge of rich media content types (images, video, 360 views, AR) and how they drive customer engagement and conversion
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Category Management, UX, Tech, and Operations
Detail-oriented and data-driven, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

L’échelle salariale pour ce poste est de 74,000.00 à 101,750.00. La rémunération sera déterminée en fonction de l’expérience pertinente.ㅤ
