JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an associate or co-op student to support the execution and scaling of the Integrated Scorecard and Composite initiative within Canadian Commercial Banking. This role will contribute to business performance and sales strategy by helping with analytics, reporting, strategy, communications, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation, validation, and analysis of business performance reports, scorecards, and management dashboards.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities that support business decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, reporting materials, and executive-ready communications for leadership audiences.
  • Provide project coordination support for strategic initiatives, including documentation, meeting logistics, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting tools, processes, and templates to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business partners across Commercial Banking and corporate functions to gather information and support program execution.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of team communications, updates, and colleague engagement materials.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by documenting requirements, gathering feedback, and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
  • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of reports, data, and business materials.
  • Develop knowledge of Commercial Banking operations, performance management practices, and data-driven decision-making within a large financial institution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Microsoft office, Power BI
  • Interest in customer experience, process improvement, or compliance.
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and can manage deliverables end-to-end with progress updates and support.
