We are looking for a Specialist Digital Delivery Analyst – SAP to provide solution design, delivery, and support expertise across SAP applications and business processes. This role works closely with business stakeholders, project teams, architects, and vendors to deliver and enhance SAP solutions that support Suncor's operational and strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have strong SAP implementation experience, a broad understanding of integrated business processes, and the ability to lead solution design and continuous improvement initiatives across the SAP landscape.

Minimum Requirements:
10 or more years of experience in SAP solution design, implementation, and support
Two (2) or more full lifecycle SAP implementation experiences, including solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and their enablement through SAP solutions
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and associated SAP technologies
Demonstrated experience leading complex solution design and delivery initiatives
Experience working within Agile, Project Delivery, and DevOps support models
Experience supporting one or more SAP functional domains including Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset Management, Maintenance, Finance, or other SAP enterprise solutions
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Fiori, Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics solutions
Experience working with vendors and consulting partners, including managing day-to-day relationships, addressing issues, tracking deliverables, and ensuring commitments are met

Responsibilities:
Act as the SAP solution design lead, ensuring alignment across business processes, applications, integrations, and data flows
Partner closely with Senior Digital Delivery Analysts, Solution Designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable solutions across process areas
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for deployed SAP S/4HANA solutions within a DevOps operating model
Support solution delivery activities including requirements validation, testing, documentation, innovation adoption, and roadmap planning
Lead design reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business, security, compliance, and operational requirements
Assess the impact of project initiatives, enhancements, releases, and upgrade cycles on existing processes, integrations, and system capabilities
Drive process simplification and optimization while supporting issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Location and other Key Details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with occasional site visits
