What you’ll be doing

As the Sr. Coordinator, Business Effectiveness supporting Simplii Operations Centre of Excellence within Personal and Business Banking you will be providing cross-functional operational, administrative, governance, and process support across multiple business units. This role coordinates day-to-day business effectiveness activities, supports stakeholder engagement, maintains standards and documentation, and contributes to governance, access, records management, audit readiness, and business continuity activities. The role also provides project and systems support, and helps improve operational efficiency and consistency that help shape the future of banking at Simplii.

  • Knowledge of products - an asset if you are familiar with any Simplii products and processes.

  • Multi-Tasker - experienced with multi-tasking and working in fast-paced, often-changing environment. Experience working in a team where processes and procedures are changing and updating.
