The Senior Law Clerk will provide support to the Legal Counsel, Compliance and Regulatory and work collaboratively with other members of the global Ethics & Legal Compliance team through litigation coordination, third-party due diligence activities, enterprise risk management initiatives and other department administration. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Salary: $90,000-120,000 annually

Join a high-performing Ethics & Legal Compliance team where you'll play a key role in managing complex litigation matters, enterprise risk initiatives, and third-party compliance programs. What You'll Do:
- Litigation, E-Discovery and Records Management Support: Manage litigation and e-discovery support activities, including matter management, document preservation and hold support, collection tracking, discovery coordination, records organization, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Act as a trusted point of contact for sensitive compliance, litigation and risk-related matters, exercising sound judgment, discretion and professionalism.
- Enterprise Risk Management: Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management activities, including maintaining risk records, tracking mitigation actions, coordinating information requests, preparing related reporting materials, and contributing to timely and accurate updates for senior leadership.
- Third-Party Due Diligence Administration: Administer third-party due diligence and sanctions screening processes, including coordinating reviews, monitoring workflows, identifying and escalating red flags, maintaining adjudication documentation, supporting data quality, and coordinating issue resolution with system users and vendors.
- Department Operations and Support: Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Ethics & Legal Compliance function, including coordinating key quarterly meetings, managing departmental planning activities, and coordinating global budget tracking and spend reporting with regional compliance leads.
- Process Improvement and Reporting: Identify, develop and implement process improvements, procedures, templates, reporting tools and technology-enabled solutions, including solutions incorporating Artificial Intelligence, to improve efficiency, consistency, data quality and overall effectiveness across the Ethics & Legal Compliance function.

Who we are looking for
- Experienced legal professional with a Law Clerk or Paralegal diploma and 8+ years supporting senior leaders in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, projects, and deadlines with ease.
- Tech-savvy and detail-driven, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Trusted business partner who handles confidential information with the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships and works effectively across teams, functions, regions, and all levels of leadership, ideally within a multinational organization.
Your preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery or other e-discovery case management systems considered an asset.
- Experience working with Microsoft CoPilot or other artificial intelligence enterprise tools considered an asset.
