We are seeking a detail-oriented and technology-focused Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Systems Coordinator to support the administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of safety systems, digital tools, and business processes.
This role plays a key part in maintaining HSE technology platforms, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Working closely with Corporate HSE, operational teams, and external vendors, the successful candidate will help ensure our HSE software systems, reporting, and digital processes are effective, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
You as a Corporate HSE Systems Coordinator Will:
Provide day-to-day support and administration for HSE software platforms and digital tools.
Prepare and distribute HSE KPI reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Support data validation, data quality reviews, and reporting improvements.
Coordinate user access, project setup, and HSE software configuration activities.
Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new HSE software enhancements.
Maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
Support HSE SharePoint administration and content updates.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project initiatives by maintaining action logs, tracking issues, coordinating stakeholder communications, and monitoring project progress.
Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting for HSE software.
Work with HSE teams, operational groups, and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Is this the right role for you?
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Occupational Health & Safety, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience supporting software systems, reporting, project coordination, or digital platforms.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
Experience with SharePoint, reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis.
Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, software platform administration, or health and safety would be considered an asset.
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000.
