You as a Performance & Reporting Team Lead will:

  • Lead and direct team members to ensure work is executed efficiently, service commitments are met, and all contractual obligation to internal and external clients are delivered on time and to the required standard.
  • Own the quality and integrity of the team outputs, ensuring all data collection, analysis and reporting is accurate, reliable and aligned with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Participating in discussions related to energy, its use, and possible solutions to any situations related to monitoring through data and providing guidance to the team members on how to approach these discussions.
  • Collaborating with operations, technology providers and other stakeholders to define requirements, develop reporting solutions and ensure data-engineered reporting views support effective operational decision making.
  • Providing updates through monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings to clients and stakeholders in which report results are presented and ensuring that the team members are prepared to present the data clearly and concisely.
  • Continuously improve team capability and performance by staying current on emerging technologies, analytics tools and industry best practices. Ensure practical adoption to enhance efficiency, accuracy and value to clients.
  • Collaborate with operational leads to ensure the reporting and analytics deliverables are completed in accordance with the scope required for both the contract and the business needs through the contract lifecycle.
  • Identify and address performance, workload and quality issues to ensure service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met.
  • The salary range for this position is $72,000 - 80,000

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have a Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or Business Administration
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in Facilities Services
  • You are familiar with contractual language and have strong analytical skills
  • You have experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google sheet or any other analytic application using Power Queries, Macros, Formulas Knowledge of SQL (an asset) along with any coding knowledge.
  • You can identify anomalies in large amounts of data.
  • You have strong computer skills and are comfortable using MS Windows applications, financial and maintenance management software.
