Your key responsibilities:

• Develop menus and present food/portions on plates
• Supervise kitchen staff while maintaining effective communication with the team
• Operate the kitchen and ensure its profitability
• Ensure that employees comply with the rules for hygiene, food safety, and quality
• Manage the stock of food and supplies to maintain an adequate inventory to meet demand
