  • Translate business objectives and questions into structured analytical frameworks for performance measurement and opportunity identification.

  • Identify key drivers, relationships, anomalies, and opportunities for management attention or action.

  • Own analytical work end to end, from problem definition and validation through recommendation and executive presentation, while managing multiple priorities.

2. Analytical Development and AI-Powered Solutions

  • Prepare, transform, validate, and reconcile complex data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, Databricks, and related analytics platforms.

  • Develop reusable analytical components, business logic, data models, and measures that support scalable reporting and analysis.

  • Design and implement dashboards, analytical applications, and proof-of-concept solutions that address business problems and support decision-making.

  • Partner with Technology and control functions to design, integrate, and scale AI-powered solutions with appropriate governance and validation controls.

3. Executive Storytelling and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-oriented insights, recommendations, and business implications.

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, visualizations, and commentary tailored to senior CIB audiences.

  • Present findings to senior stakeholders, respond effectively to challenge, and use feedback to refine analysis and recommendations.

  • Build trusted partnerships, challenge assumptions constructively, and communicate analytical conclusions in accessible business language.

4. Data Quality, Governance and Scalable Analytics

  • Define and document business logic, data sources, assumptions, calculations, and validation procedures to ensure transparency and trust in analytics.

  • Contribute to governed datasets, reusable analytical assets, semantic models, and standardized business definitions.

  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Technology, and control teams to ensure analytical solutions meet data, security, governance, and AI risk management standards.

  • Support the long-term success of analytical solutions through effective handoffs, mentorship, and best-practice sharing

  • Strong stakeholder management, executive storytelling, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior business audiences.

  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including semantic modeling, DAX development, visualization best practices, and executive dashboard design.

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and related data platforms, supported by strong SQL and Python skills for data engineering, modeling, and scalable analytics.

  • Hands-on experience designing GenAI solutions or agentic workflows, including orchestration, tool use, validation, and human-in-the-loop controls.

  • Ability to deliver practical, timely outcomes, manage multiple priorities independently, coordinate across stakeholders without formal authority, and explain technical concepts clearly.
