You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Personalization program by leveraging marketing technology to enhance customer experiences, optimize digital properties, and drive data-driven marketing strategies. Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will focus on implementing, and optimizing marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and enabling personalized and effective marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the Personalization COE team to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations in an evolving beverage alcohol marketplace.

About the Role
- Lead the implementation and configuration of marketing technology platforms, including Adobe (AJO, Target and RT-CDP), and Pegasystems.
- Ensure seamless integration of MarTech tools with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle Marketing Cloud (Telus) and Microsoft.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Leverage MarTech tools to design, build and maintain personalized marketing campaigns, including customer journeys and lifecycle programs using event and data-driven logic that align with customer expectations.
- Develop responsive email and email templates using HTML & CSS
- Configure dynamic content and use of personalization elements, leveraging Pega and Target within all digital channels.
- Configure promotional offers in Pegasystems and work with IT to ensure they are published effectively.
- Working with the Analytics team, utilize data from platforms like Adobe and Pegasystems to analyze customer behavior and optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies across all marketing platforms.
- Partner with the Personalization COE, Data Governance and IT teams to support data integrations, field mappings and audience availability within the marketing platforms (Adobe, Pega)
- Support CASL/CAN-SPAM compliance and handling of Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
- Provide training and support to marketing team on the effective use of MarTech tools.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Pegasystems).
- HTML / CSS coding.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
